Easy to load your photo's but not easy to set up sharing.

I really liked all the options for uploading pictures and videos to this digital photo frame. Much easier to have those alternative ways than it is to upload to a SD card.

Works amazing, picture is amazing no matter the angle.

All around great picture frame, with a cool interface. Not only functioning as a photo frame but clock, and a music/ video section. A cool alternative to a classic frame.

Easy to use, easy to send pics from phone app to frame

Nothing like seeing pics of family and friends during these difficult times of COVID-19. Although you cannot physically see everyone, you can reminisce the fond memories. If you have a loved one in a nursing home, excellent buy so the can reminisce as well. Easy set up and you can add soothing music. Try it!!!

This was a gift from my wife. Feel like the price and the quality don’t match up.

Overall pleased, but installing was a slight challenge. It won’t take memory cards over 64 Gb, so I had to call tech support to find out.

Bought this a a birthday gift. Was easy to set up.

It’s huge and shows pictures well but the set up is not easy and there is a storage limit.

Nice screen resolution. The set-up directions are confusing. Having trouble getting multiple users signed on to send pictures.

We purchased this with the intent on using the app with it to send photos to it. I was able to send photos but they never “arrived” on the frame. No error, nothing. Who knows where the photos “landed”. The frame works fine to display photos using an external SD card, but we didn’t buy it for that purpose. We returned it to the store.

I purchased this product after putting all our family photos into digital format. Didn’t want a frame that had WiFi since there isn’t any sharing. Our photos were on a flash drive, which I inserted into the frame. Turned it on and there were our photos! Very happy with this purchase!

Daughter-in-law loves this. Cuts down on picture frames everywhere and can display lots more pics.

I purchased this product for a family member. I personally own a different brand name. I became frustrated quickly with the set up process. Ultimately, I determined there were other brand models easier for consumer usage. I returned the product (thank you Best Buy for your great customer service!) and purchased another product, which was easier to set up.

I really wanted this to work because it seemed like a decent product. Like many other reviews, I got the Push Token Empty message after connecting to my WiFi network. After reading the reviews that it could be a faulty product, I decided to give it another try and exchanged it for another one. Unfortunately I received the same error message with the second one. Rather than just return it, I decided to call customer service. Their customer service is only open 8 am to 5 pm PST Mon-Fri, so that in itself is very inconvenient. The good news I got connected quickly when I did call, only to be told that since I got two faulty units, my best bet was to simply return it for a refund. That's what I'm going to do. Best Buy is great with returns and refunds, but there's only so many times a person can return the same item.

Bought 1 for me last year and 1 for my daughter this year great for sharing family videos and picture without album destruction paper tears fades

Bought it for my wife for Christmas wish she would take it out of the box and use dont think she likes it very much lol

Very nice digital photo frame. Great clarity, Nice storage space. Easy Wi-Fi enabled transfer of photos and videos.
