Q: Will it display vertical pictures?

A: If you are asking if you can turn the frame vertical and it will flip to match, no, but if you load up a vertical photo it will display it, the frame remains horizontal though.

Q: Can the internal 16GB storage capacity be extended with a SD or USB storage device? OR Is the SD and USB storage slots used only for data transfer to the 16GB internal storage?

A: yes, yes it can be increased by using an sd card then in settings hit ALL for all pictures to be shown

Q: I want to give this as a gift to my elderly relative- can I upload pictures to the frame from my phone if I have the app? (And they don't?) I would be remote.

Q: can you display the clock function when not viewing pic?

A: Yes, the clock can be displayed without showing any images.

Q: If I use a SD card, what are my options? What size and format? I read something about a FAT32, but I am not too techy with this stuff........

A: All of our photo frames can make use of SD cards. We recommend nothing larger than 32GB. The format should be FAT32. Most cards 32GB or smaller are formatted in FAT32, but if not your computer can do the format very easily. For more tips simply contact tech support at [email protected].
