I purchased this product for a family member. I personally own a different brand name. I became frustrated quickly with the set up process. Ultimately, I determined there were other brand models easier for consumer usage. I returned the product (thank you Best Buy for your great customer service!) and purchased another product, which was easier to set up.

Bought 1 for me last year and 1 for my daughter this year great for sharing family videos and picture without album destruction paper tears fades

I really wanted this to work because it seemed like a decent product. Like many other reviews, I got the Push Token Empty message after connecting to my WiFi network. After reading the reviews that it could be a faulty product, I decided to give it another try and exchanged it for another one. Unfortunately I received the same error message with the second one. Rather than just return it, I decided to call customer service. Their customer service is only open 8 am to 5 pm PST Mon-Fri, so that in itself is very inconvenient. The good news I got connected quickly when I did call, only to be told that since I got two faulty units, my best bet was to simply return it for a refund. That's what I'm going to do. Best Buy is great with returns and refunds, but there's only so many times a person can return the same item.

Bought it for my wife for Christmas wish she would take it out of the box and use dont think she likes it very much lol

Bought it for a birthday gift and he liked being able to display multiple images in one frame.

Very nice digital photo frame. Great clarity, Nice storage space. Easy Wi-Fi enabled transfer of photos and videos.

Gave it as a gift for an elderly and she is able to use it with no problem

It’s a good picture frame. Runs off of memory cards or wireless devices. Doesn’t require you to use additional services to create albums in an additional device. But, there are times it receives updates and resets. Sometimes in the middle of the night which scared the bejeebes out of us the first couple of times until we realized it was making the noise.

I bought this as a Mother’s Day/birthday present for my mom and she loves it! Definitely worth buying

Frame looks good, easy setup. The app is easy to use, but the email setup can be tricky. Overall not bad

This digital photo screen is nice and attractive but it is kinda of expensive

2 nd one I have owned - the first one lasted less than 2 years - love the WiFi- hope it lasts longer - they are expensive

It was a lurches for my parents. Not the simplest thing in the world to set up it it works well now.

Works good. A little hard to get set up though. Had a little trouble but figured it was just me.

This was purchased as a gift and they absolutely loved it. Set up and use went fairly smooth.

It was a little challenging to download, but after everything is uploaded it works great.

Was very useful for my 92 year old mother who was in the hospital. Loaded many pictures of her family and friends for to reminisce

I was so excited to get this frame. I’ve wanted one for years and the fact it was a large frame really made me happy. That’s where the happiness with this frame ends. I start to set it up and it cannot be set up because there is an error. I contact Aluratek after waiting almost an hour on the phone I was told oh, you must have gotten a bad frame, it’s missing the token. Ok, what do I do. Send us an email and we’ll send you another one in about 2 weeks. What!!! Rather than wait 2 weeks for a replacement I found it in stock nearby and bought a second one. Guess what…. The second one had the same issue. Don’t waste your time or money on this. In the end I got one from another retailer that worked perfectly out of the box.

Worked well but a bit difficult to get the Wi-Fi communications working.
