Bought it for a birthday gift and he liked being able to display multiple images in one frame.

Gave it as a gift for an elderly and she is able to use it with no problem

It’s a good picture frame. Runs off of memory cards or wireless devices. Doesn’t require you to use additional services to create albums in an additional device. But, there are times it receives updates and resets. Sometimes in the middle of the night which scared the bejeebes out of us the first couple of times until we realized it was making the noise.

I bought this as a Mother’s Day/birthday present for my mom and she loves it! Definitely worth buying

Frame looks good, easy setup. The app is easy to use, but the email setup can be tricky. Overall not bad

This digital photo screen is nice and attractive but it is kinda of expensive

2 nd one I have owned - the first one lasted less than 2 years - love the WiFi- hope it lasts longer - they are expensive

It was a lurches for my parents. Not the simplest thing in the world to set up it it works well now.

Works good. A little hard to get set up though. Had a little trouble but figured it was just me.

This was purchased as a gift and they absolutely loved it. Set up and use went fairly smooth.

It was a little challenging to download, but after everything is uploaded it works great.

Was very useful for my 92 year old mother who was in the hospital. Loaded many pictures of her family and friends for to reminisce

I was so excited to get this frame. I’ve wanted one for years and the fact it was a large frame really made me happy. That’s where the happiness with this frame ends. I start to set it up and it cannot be set up because there is an error. I contact Aluratek after waiting almost an hour on the phone I was told oh, you must have gotten a bad frame, it’s missing the token. Ok, what do I do. Send us an email and we’ll send you another one in about 2 weeks. What!!! Rather than wait 2 weeks for a replacement I found it in stock nearby and bought a second one. Guess what…. The second one had the same issue. Don’t waste your time or money on this. In the end I got one from another retailer that worked perfectly out of the box.

Worked well but a bit difficult to get the Wi-Fi communications working.

Screen started flickering just just after Best Buy return policy ended. Decided to return to Aluratek rather than use the extended warranty plan with Best Buy, as within manufacturers warranty. Took days for Aluratek to process the return request for return label, then once they received the old frame took them weeks and chasing for them to ship the frame back to me. When they shipped back to me via fedex they just paid for basic ground shipping, without signature requirement, so FedEx just "dropped the package off by my garage". I did not however receive the package. Aluratek refuse to send a replacement and FedEx investigated and indicated that the package was delivered and as no signature required they have no liability. Might as well have flushed $200 down the toilet.

Difficult to use efficiently if you don't have immediate access to WiFi.

The LCD screen was not as responsive as expected. Especially for that price.

This was a great way to share photos with my elderly mom when she can’t be with us! It is an excellent gift for anyone to share special moments with them!
