Directions are useless. It only downloads six pics at a time from the phone. Once running it was ok.

I was unable to get the product to work and it does not appear to be made to function well at all and it kept asking for access to my devices camera to take live photos and video. The interface is very easy to use, but the app doesn't function with the photo frame and there was no way I could find to access the media card I inserted.

Extremely difficult set up so I ended up returning the product. It was supposed to be a gift for an elderly relative. No way they were going to be able to use it when we could t navigate the set up. After the fact, looking at further reviews, this was the number 1 complaint— set up— and now I know why.

Extremely poor product. Email of pictures seems to only work when the from address is the registered address. Most frames let anyone send pictures to them. Customer support NONE. Sent 2 emails, 1 phone call and left message. This same lack of support can be found from other customers. Buy something else!

Absolute piece of junk. We went through two of these. Worked with customer service for over an hour because they would not connect to network. Customer service said “you must have gotten a bad frame”. (Twice???) Best Buy was awesome and gave full refund but both frame were garbage.

Gave this as a gift to our mom and it never worked. We got an error message saying “push token is empty activation failed.” After spending hours trying to get it to work we learned it is a faulty device and was not fixable. What a piece of junk.

We got this for Christmas, its mid January and still cant figure out how to get it up and running. We have two pretty smart sons and they have also tried with no luck. I haven't had time to call for tech support, we will try this next. Its been disappointing.

Had to exchange the frame twice because, after consulting with customer service, the frame did not work. I ended up switching to another manufacturer’s frame which worked out great.

I just received it TODAY and it won't turn on. This is a gift for my mom and I'm extremely upset, she was so excited... I'll have to return it... so upset.

We worked with it for hours and finally called the service department only for them to tell us to return it because it was defective.

Don’t get this. Bought 4 different ones all were defective with push token empty error. Do not buy this it is too much trouble

Don't waste your money with this brand. Once I uploaded photos it just kept freezing and would not play them.

Bought it twice,had to return both neither worked right. Horrible quality control. Dont waste time or money with this company.

Called the company and the rep recommended my not repurchasing a replacement of the same item. At least he truthful.

Used it for 9 months then it died. The picture went out. Disappointed!

Don't really like it because it only holds 2000 pictures
