I purchased this for my Mother who has memory problems. She spends most of her day in front of mindless television shows & it is just white noise. I loaded this with about 300 family pictures and I set it on a table in front of her during the day. Sometimes it stirs memories but she seems much more interested in the pics than the television. You can set it up with her wifi so that other family members can add pictures too. I added all of them from my cell phone. I'm pleased with this purchase and would recommend. The cord is a little short would be my only complaint

The Aluratek AWS10F was one of the best things we purchased.. Wife and I are downsizing and have pics in frames ALL OVER THE PLACE.. we are taking pics of the pics and transferring to the Alurtek.. Now when I walk by the frame, I see a different picture each time and smile at my family and friends.. This is the best idea.. We are going to get a few more to spread out… Works with internal memory that you can wifi from phone to frame AND you can download from your PC to an SC card and in settings there is a function to play ALL pictures so you can see both.. Awesome product.. We totally recommend it

We got this frame as a gift from our son who is a photographer and traveler. He's able to post pics to our frame from wherever he is. Our daughter can also upload her adventures. We couldn't be happier with the product. When we moved to Hawaii, we lost the stand and contacted Aluratek for a replacement... they were awesome and sent us one at no charge. GREAT PRODUCT and a GREAT COMPANY.

Easy to set up. Easy to use. Pictures look great. Makes a great gift.

This frame is so easy to set up for WiFi and I love the size of the screen. The problem I had, is that I put my SD card in it and it only showed the last 20 pictures I had added to my SD Card. I have about 350 pictures on the SD Card. So, unfortunately, I had to take it back. I did not see a way to transfer my photos from the SD Card to the Internal Memory (???). :-(

My husband bought this so I can display the tons of pictures I take. We have had this picture frame for about 6 months and still love it. Awesome images and very customizable. It even survived a drop from my kids knocking it over. Also Aluratek has awesome customer service!

This is an amazing 10" touchscreen LCD WI-FI digital photo frame! I would recommend it!!!! We bought it for my husband's birthday last April and our whole family is enjoying it very much! It's very easy to use and I like it a lot that you can e-mail pictures straight to it! I am originally from Ukraine and growing up over there I could never imagine what technology will be like in the future! I downloaded a lot of our wedding pictures as it was my husbands desire and it works great and you don't even need a remote, just touch the screen!!! Very pleased with it and it makes a great gift to anyone!!!! All your special memories right in front of your eyes and every day!!!! It's very special!!!

Fragile and unsturdy -- it got bumped lightly by an adult and went careening to the floor. The slight single stick to prop it broke off and it cracked. This is within two weeks of using it. Also we could not get it to communicate with the app except with a usb cord.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my mom but I set it up before I gave it to her cuz she's not tech savy...instructions were confusing took like an hr finally got it and then sent photos to frame and 2 days later still no pics...I returned it and got the aura it literally took less than 5 min...go for that instead

Directions could be a little simpler for setting up email.

I got my frame on June 15. I called Aluratek on June 16 that frame had bright spots and would also not load my images from SD chip. Guys acted helpful and said it was defective and even though it came from BestBuy they would replace it. I have called 4 times shipping or tracking information. They said it was shipped 4 days ago but they had no shipping info.

I purchased this device to share a video file and it completely failed. If you place the video in its internal memory, the result is a choppy playback experience. When I moved the video to an eternal USB memory stick, it would not play at all. Not recommended

Waste of money. Tech support is a joke. They have been promising to send me a replacement. Now I get radio silence. Frame quit communicating with their server. My router is 5 feet away with a 4 bar signal.

Defective frame Twice. Best Buy terrible customer service.
