It works fine so far with no issue. The only concern is there is no option to select for photos to fit exactly on the frame. Some pictures have the head or bottom cut off as a result when set to full screen. I am not sure how to change the setting for the picture to perfectly scale to fit the frame.

This was a Christmas present. I am enjoying it’s quality. It makes very nice pictures. It is a puzzle to figure out how to play with it.

Have owned this product for more than a month now and it works great. The touch screen aspect of it makes picture viewing easy . My kids love it.

Bought as a replacement for one that had bitten the dust. A negative is how it cuts some pictures off. Good picture quality.

I bought this for my family last Xmas and we like it so much I bought one for my mom for Mother's Day so all my family can share pics with her.

I have not started using it but I was able to download pictures and I will see if I can download more pictures and video when I have chance

Go this for the grandparents while we lived away… great to upload with pictures of the grandkids over the weekend.

These things a pretty widely available in the market today and are basically all pretty similar from a hardware perspective. It's an android tablet that you show pictures on. What seems to differentiate them is the software and the interface. I bought this as a gift for my mom. My mother-in-law already has one and it is pretty fantastic. I purchased it and figured they were all the same but after trying to set it up I quickly figured out that the software is what makes or breaks these things. The Aluratek software lets you push images to the frame via 2 reliable methods: 1) by sticking in an already loaded memory card or 2) by sharing images from your phone gallery directly to the frame over wi-fi. These methods work great unless your images are stored on the cloud (Google photos) or on your computer. The suggested way to do this was via an email function that I could not get to work well. Compared to my mother-in-laws frame which uses the Frameo app, the Aluratek software is a nightmare. The Frameo app is just plain easier to use. It also has integration with Google photos, so if you push your images to the cloud you can literally just select them in Google photos and it gives you an option to send them directly to a registered frame. I returned the Aluratek frame the day after I picked it up and ordered a different brand that used the Frameo app. I would not recommend this to friends...there are better products out there that are way easier to use.

Instructions seem simple but actual set up is not easy. Will need help from a tecky friend. Very nice pictures once you get it set up.

Set up and using (sending/adding pictures) was a little more challenging than I expected. All in all it works as expected.

This a dad to daughter Christmas present and as we looked through all the applications it had were awesome. We were amazed at all the things this could do. She loves it for all her wedding pictures from this summer!

A perfect GIFT to family and friends who loves to documents their travel and special moments and occasions. It's gives us updates on all old memories that most of the times are forgotten.

The display is nice but software is hit or miss. Sometimes it doesn’t turn on on set times. Over all is a nice frame.

Works how it’s described, easy to install pictures. Takes only seconds to send picture.

Email feature does NOT work, which is disappointing because that was a key selling point for me. And the setup was not intuitive. If I hadn't gifted this to my parents in person they never would have gotten this to work on their own. Otherwise I'd say the frame is okay but not great. I will definitely purchase a different brand for this type of frame going forward.

Haven’t had any trouble with it. Connects easily. Photos have transferred seamlessly! Pictures look good

This was a purchase for my parent for Christmas . I bought this Photo frame as it seemed to the easiest for them to set up. So far they enjoy it and has brought lots of smiles from family member who can not be together this holiday.

Great Frame. It was a little tricky to setup but after calling tech support i got it up and running! This is an upgrade. I had a smaller frame from the same company. I would recommend this product.

Large quality screen, but overall product feels a bit flimsy. Phone set up could be a bit simpler.

Purchased this as a holiday gift for mom. I set up at the house and seemed to work great for me. Problem started when i tried to have siblings download app to share photos to frame also. Couldn't get them to link app to frame. Been a few weeks now, haven't solved the issue yet. I also think the App needs some development to be more user friendly.
