We just tried to return the photo frame back to ALURATEK for replacement because we were advised to by the Aluratek Techs to not return it to Best Buy, While trying to ship it back, we were going to be charged for the product return, even with a return authorization number from Aluratek! The frame was a Christmas gift and here 2.5 weeks later it is unusable and now, we are also supposed to pay for the return shipment, due to a DEFECTIVE frame per the Aluratek Techs. Aluratek technical customer services were helpful to me while I spent (way too much) time trying to troubleshoot and find the root cause for this defective product. I guess my high quality expectations when I purchased this photo frame versus the ongoing reality are quite different! I guess we will be returning it back to Best Buy, where we purchased it online from and they can deal with having to return it back to Aluratek for reimbursement! I guess our QUALITY experience for this product is POOR and its EASE OF USE is also POOR because we were never able to actually use it!

Awesome product to help display memories. Love putting everything into one frame instead of having loads of individual pictures all over the walls

Bought this for my parents for Christmas. I can send them pictures of their grandchildren now that they can see all day. They absolutely love it!

The Aluratek - 15.6" touchscreen digital photo frame is a nice big size as my parents are older so it was really easy for them to see.

It had black spots on the screen when it was delivered. Return and replacement process was simple. May have been damaged in transit.

Don’t waste your time and money. The frames itself is great but you cannot make it work because the app is more than awful! And they don’t answer questions. Just returned it

Good product . It has access to USB and memory card. It has and internal memory too. I wish it had two back stands.
