Difficult to use, instructions poor, still trying to fifure it out.

This dies operate. Not as easy to use at other frames costing just as much.

Works great as a picture frame, but missing some features.

This frame does not work! I bought one for a Mother's Day gift. When I set it up it said that the "push token is empty" and would not allow me to go any further setting it up. I emailed and called the company and after trying several things they said that I would have to return it. I then returned it thinking I just got a bad frame and exchanged it for another. I was shocked when the new frame also gave me the same alert and would also not let me set it up. Will be returning this frame also, and super frustrated at the whole experience.

The frame started to enlarge photos on its own and sometimes you could see the picture get larger and smaller while looking at the picture, we contacted the company and was told to reset the frame back to the factory settings and it started right after we started putting pictures on it and then it enlarged pictures so big all you would see is a foot and then it locked up and would not change to other pictures. We returned it and will look for something else.

Tried this out and while setup was easy, I wasn't impressed with the aesthetics. The size was almost too large and the bezel made it look more like a tablet than a picture frame. Ultimately, we chose to go with a nixplay alternative.

It doesn’t connect to any WiFi except the original one you start with. My husband set it up at our daughter’s house on Christmas. Now it won’t recognize our WiFi. No tech support response. Returning it.

I liked the look & feel of the frame, but unfortunately it would not connect to our Wifi. We even confirmed with our internet provider that it was NOT an issue with our system, but rather with the photo frame. While it picked up other signals, it would not connect to our home and would not let us setup a connection. Sadly, that is the only way you can upload photos (even using a USB drive required prior wifi setup), so we'll be returning it and looking for a different model. We did find the user interface to be fairly easy to use & understand, except for the wifi glitch.

I thought you could upload pictures through the app with multiple users, however only a single user can connect through the app to the device. no more no less.

Worked great for 89 days on the 90th day it went crazy, can’t get the controls to do anything waste of money

I purchased this but did not like it.. because picture does not rotate automatically.. e.g. if fame is positioned vertically and picture is horizontally, then it does not rotate picture for right view

Got this for my parents for Christmas. It was such a pain to set-up we returned it and I bought another brand off Amazon that was super easy.

First it uses old software formats. You must also resize your photos down to specific size requirements with no guidance unless you go online to their FAQs. It’s not Mac compatible. I was only looking for a simple photo display. It was a gift and I know that I’m going to regret not returning it. I would never buy this, knowing what I know now.

Some pictures didnt come up nicely. Not the easiest to use ended up just going with a google home as it worked as a frame and a google home.

Bought on October 7th.. stopped working On October 10th. Bright blue screen with white vertical vibrating lines. Been trying to return it to manufacturer for almost a month! They are making it very difficult!! VERY disappointed. It’s under warranty for one year.

It bricked itself in 5 days. We had around 20 pictures loaded, and set the auto on/off timer so that it was only on when we were in the house and awake. It was cycling through the photos, and the screen just became a mess during one of the transitions and the unit froze. Now the unit won't even power up. This is not a quality product.

Directions are useless. It only downloads six pics at a time from the phone. Once running it was ok.

I was unable to get the product to work and it does not appear to be made to function well at all and it kept asking for access to my devices camera to take live photos and video. The interface is very easy to use, but the app doesn't function with the photo frame and there was no way I could find to access the media card I inserted.

Extremely difficult set up so I ended up returning the product. It was supposed to be a gift for an elderly relative. No way they were going to be able to use it when we could t navigate the set up. After the fact, looking at further reviews, this was the number 1 complaint— set up— and now I know why.

Extremely poor product. Email of pictures seems to only work when the from address is the registered address. Most frames let anyone send pictures to them. Customer support NONE. Sent 2 emails, 1 phone call and left message. This same lack of support can be found from other customers. Buy something else!
