Worked with customer service for over an hour because they would not connect to network. Customer service said “you must have gotten a bad frame”. (Twice???) Best Buy was awesome and gave full refund but both frame were garbage.

This is a disaster

We can't even get it to go on and have now seen, online, that others had to buy adaptors just to make it work. Also, I think mine was opened before and doesn't even have the remote I believe it comes with. Complete disaster.

Piece of junk

We got an error message saying “push token is empty activation failed.” After spending hours trying to get it to work we learned it is a faulty device and was not fixable. What a piece of junk.

Will not connect to app

Nobody answers at tech support, it just goes to voice mail. Returned to store. That is that.

Very hard to set up

We have two pretty smart sons and they have also tried with no luck. I haven't had time to call for tech support, we will try this next. Its been disappointing.

I ended up switching to another manufacturer’s frame which worked out great.
