Bought this for my 90 year old mother in a care facility. It was easy to set up and use for photos but we gave up on trying to load music. Never did accomplish it but she is really enjoying the photos. Besides loading music bring our problem, only about 50% of the people we wanted to send her photos had success with the app. The reviews for the app for this device are pretty poor.

We bought this frame so we can show all pics from our wedding. It’s easy to use and we LOVE it!

Excellent buy. I bought it as a present for my wife and she loves it. It was very easy to set up. Our children can send pics from all over the country automatically which she loves. She adds photos easily through the app as well as using the SIM card. Great value for the money.

Picture quality is good, but a number of the things it is supposed to do are at best difficult to accomplish. Such as programing a time to to turn on and off each day.... we have not figured that out yet after 30 days. Setting up the app to transmit photos very difficult still not accomplished on some of our devices. Emailing a photo is also difficult to accomplish consistently. If you bought this hoping that family would send pictures it is probably not going to happen.... too difficult to accomplish.

We love the digital frame. It is clear and very simple to operate.

Have owned this product for more than a month now and it works great. The touch screen aspect of it makes picture viewing easy . My kids love it.

I bought this for my family last Xmas and we like it so much I bought one for my mom for Mother's Day so all my family can share pics with her.

I have not started using it but I was able to download pictures and I will see if I can download more pictures and video when I have chance

Nice screen resolution. The set-up directions are confusing. Having trouble getting multiple users signed on to send pictures.

It works fine so far with no issue. The only concern is there is no option to select for photos to fit exactly on the frame. Some pictures have the head or bottom cut off as a result when set to full screen. I am not sure how to change the setting for the picture to perfectly scale to fit the frame.

Very nice digital photo frame. Great clarity, Nice storage space. Easy Wi-Fi enabled transfer of photos and videos.

Love this frame. The screen size is great and clarity of picture too is great. Anyone can download the app yo their phone and send pictures to it. It's great for families who live far away. Or if you just dont want frames laying around you can have your pictures continuously running on the screen. We Love it.

Purchased this as a holiday gift for mom. I set up at the house and seemed to work great for me. Problem started when i tried to have siblings download app to share photos to frame also. Couldn't get them to link app to frame. Been a few weeks now, haven't solved the issue yet. I also think the App needs some development to be more user friendly.

A perfect GIFT to family and friends who loves to documents their travel and special moments and occasions. It's gives us updates on all old memories that most of the times are forgotten.

A very easy photo frame to manage. The ability to Wi-Fi photos to it is a great feature.

Great Frame. It was a little tricky to setup but after calling tech support i got it up and running! This is an upgrade. I had a smaller frame from the same company. I would recommend this product.

Purchased 3 of these to give to grandparents so they could have pics of the kids. They just had to plug them in and connect them to their wi-fi. I take care of the rest by uploading picture for them. They love it!
