Easy to use, easy to send pics from phone app to frame

Nothing like seeing pics of family and friends during these difficult times of COVID-19. Although you cannot physically see everyone, you can reminisce the fond memories. If you have a loved one in a nursing home, excellent buy so the can reminisce as well. Easy set up and you can add soothing music. Try it!!!

The display is nice but software is hit or miss. Sometimes it doesn’t turn on on set times. Over all is a nice frame.

This digital photo screen is nice and attractive but it is kinda of expensive

Easy to assemble & connect! My Mom loves being able to see photos of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren! Also photos of her and Dad from the 30’s, 40’s & on. All the family can send pictures to the digital frame & it cycles through them. A great birthday gift. Now my wife wants one.

It is priceless to see so many wonderful memories of your choice. Very convenient and easy to transfer pictures.

Easy to setup, loses value quickly. Better options available

I bought this photo frame for Christmas and have loved it so far! Uploading pictures is so easy and now we can all enjoy those photos that tend to just stay on our phones forever. I also uploaded old photos and have loved the memories they bring.

Screen started flickering just just after Best Buy return policy ended. Decided to return to Aluratek rather than use the extended warranty plan with Best Buy, as within manufacturers warranty. Took days for Aluratek to process the return request for return label, then once they received the old frame took them weeks and chasing for them to ship the frame back to me. When they shipped back to me via fedex they just paid for basic ground shipping, without signature requirement, so FedEx just "dropped the package off by my garage". I did not however receive the package. Aluratek refuse to send a replacement and FedEx investigated and indicated that the package was delivered and as no signature required they have no liability. Might as well have flushed $200 down the toilet.

The LCD screen was not as responsive as expected. Especially for that price.

Love being able to download pics just wish I could load longer videos

Got this frame so I can "show off" my photos at home. Great size for any wall. Had a small issue at first. But after contacting Alurtek, they said an update online will fix it. Has been working great for the past 2 months.

Great addition to your home. Must have for every house.

Easy to use, pictures on display need quality improvement.

I would highly recommend this digital photo frame. Plenty of memory between the internal memory as well as the USB and memory chip ports. Screen is large for viewing from across the room.
