Not worth it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this as a Christmas gift for my mom but I set it up before I gave it to her cuz she's not tech savy...instructions were confusing took like an hr finally got it and then sent photos to frame and 2 days later still no pics...I returned it and got the aura it literally took less than 5 min...go for that instead

Aluratek tech support horrible

I called Aluratek on June 16 that frame had bright spots and would also not load my images from SD chip. Guys acted helpful and said it was defective and even though it came from BestBuy they would replace it. I have called 4 times shipping or tracking information. They said it was shipped 4 days ago but they had no shipping info.
