The LCD screen was not as responsive as expected. Especially for that price.

This was a great way to share photos with my elderly mom when she can’t be with us! It is an excellent gift for anyone to share special moments with them!

Mostly are good but the battery go so fast! well, battery charge is fast too!

Works great, but doesn't seem to be a battery to be able to run it without a cord.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my parents who live in the US (I live overseas). I set the frame up as instructed, connected to WiFi and downloaded the correct app. Neither the app nor the email function work at all for loading pictures. The app requires a device ID - device ID is alphanumeric but app will only accept numeric codes?!? Email function does not work at all. I have reached out to Aluratek 4 times with no response at all. I have reached out to BestBuy with no response at all. Couldn’t be more disappointed in this purchase and the lack of service I have received. This product is a total waste of nearly $200. If anyone from either company actually reads this - please reach out to discuss.

Bought this for my parents for Christmas. I can send them pictures of their grandchildren now that they can see all day. They absolutely love it!

I know this frame is a good purchase, but I ended up returning it in order to purchase a frame that uses the same App as my other frame.

We absolutely love our digital photo frame. It's so nice to be able to send new photos to it over our wireless network.

Purchased this for my mom who is older and she absolutely loves it! It is great that we can upload photos to it from anywhere.

Easy to use, easy to upload photos. That is it. Cannot create separate folders. Does not have a collage option meaning only horizontal photos fill the screen. I’m not sure if these features exist elsewhere but quite pricey in my opinion such basic technology.

Bought this for my In Laws for Christmas. Love that everyone can add pictures without physically being there.

Good product . It has access to USB and memory card. It has and internal memory too. I wish it had two back stands.

I just mailed it to my Mother and I believe she will love it especially when she can get new pictures of her grandchildren.

Seems to be working ok, but have heard there are others out there that are much easier to program and send photos to without having to download apps in order for it to work.

We just tried to return the photo frame back to ALURATEK for replacement because we were advised to by the Aluratek Techs to not return it to Best Buy, While trying to ship it back, we were going to be charged for the product return, even with a return authorization number from Aluratek! The frame was a Christmas gift and here 2.5 weeks later it is unusable and now, we are also supposed to pay for the return shipment, due to a DEFECTIVE frame per the Aluratek Techs. Aluratek technical customer services were helpful to me while I spent (way too much) time trying to troubleshoot and find the root cause for this defective product. I guess my high quality expectations when I purchased this photo frame versus the ongoing reality are quite different! I guess we will be returning it back to Best Buy, where we purchased it online from and they can deal with having to return it back to Aluratek for reimbursement! I guess our QUALITY experience for this product is POOR and its EASE OF USE is also POOR because we were never able to actually use it!
