CLEARLY an improvement over the smaller Aluratek we had. It's more complicated than I'd hoped and I'm not succeeding at getting email entries yet. I was disappointed that I bought the recommended memory card and couldn't get it to work after I loaded 100 pictures on it. The card needed to be programed for the photo frame first. I essentially wasted that money and used the flash drive I already had.

Excellent for picture displays from cell phone

Has issues

Immediately after starting to use the AWS15F model - 1) the Auto On/Off would not work. 2) When the Auto Off did not work then the frame would freeze, not allowing me to use the power switch to turn off, and not allowing me to use the menu button. So, had to pull the power cord out to re-boot. I contacted Aluratek technical support on question about USB port, they never responded. Trying again on 6/24/19 with issue above, will see if they respond. Will probably return product as it requires a lot of manual intervention and does not perform as stated. When you spend $200 on a device, it should perform its very basic functions.
