This would be a fun frame if you didn’t have to individually transfer your photos. The photos do not transfer just by connecting devices. You can only transfer a handful of photos at a time so if you have a lot of photos, it will take a long time. No ease of use at all. Now our frame is just sitting on the counter with just a few photos because it’s such a pain to use. Don’t buy, not close to worth the money.

Image quality poor and yet the upload. Was hoping for better.

We tried to set it up, not user friendly. We returned it back to the store. We have a friend who has one and it worked entirely different. We will purchase another smart frame, but a different brand. One that has more features.

I will be returning this product. Multiple attempts on different phones were all unsuccessful at trying to get the app to work. Very frustrating.

The interface is clunky and the touch screen is unresponsive. The app is a mess over not a great experience.

Non functional, couldn’t get it set up. Kept it to long before taking it back. Stuck with a piece of junk.

Had it for a month and it doesn't want to display pictures from sd card anymore.

Overall, if you need a very basic and small frame with WIFI capabilities, this one is moderate for the price. PROS: * wifi * easy to setup * easy to transfer over wifi via the phone app * touch screen * cost is okay (less than $80) * videos actually look pretty good and are not limited in length (as far as I can tell) * resolution is decent for the 7 inch * menu and gui is very easy to use CONS: * many pictures have visible horizontal lines. seems to be software related since menu and some pictures look fine. even uploading uncompressed photos does not help. I think the problem is related to photos that don't closely match the screen dimensions or portrait orientation * photos appear to be highly compressed - resulting in very noticeable pixelation of some photos * cannot rotate frame without manually rotating photos, which would require manually rotating all photos * rotating usually creates noticeable distortion * cannot adjust photo contrast or zoom, only brightness of the screen * when trying to include comments, the photo upload date and userid is displayed with the comment instead of the date the photo is taken, which makes comments very confusing (i.e. for date/time of special events, unless you upload immediately after you take the photo) * needs an option to exclude the upload date/time from comments * doesn't seem to allow remote management of the device (i.e. cannot see or remove photos remotely)

This wifi frame is super easy to set up. The step by step instructions with pictures explanation makes it easy to follow & understand. Here are a few things you may want to know about this product. The power cord is short, a longer cord will be more helpful. You must plug into the outlet in order for this wifi frame to work, this is not a battery operated frame. You can only send 9 pictures at a time and 1 video at a time. Overall, I really like it. I think it's also a great present for your love ones.

I bought 3 of these 7 inch LCD display photo frames as gifts for Christmas. One of them for ourselves. I was so excited when I got it, thought it would have been a perfect gift. As we were able to upload the photos the first time when we set it up we haven’t been able to do it for months. We tried everything, everytime would give up cause would get super annoyed and frustrated, try again and still nothing. I’m so unbelievably disappointed in this product. How do I get my money back for this? Or how does the warranty work. I’ve had enough of it. I have 10 photos on it that I’ve been staring at for a year now without ability to upload any new photos. My mom and brother who I got this as a gift are so frustrated as well, and it wasn’t a cheap gift but the quality is not worth 10$. Maybe that’s an app problem. But they should fix it.
