I gave this as a gift but the person who I gave it to loves it. Said it was easy to set up and use.

Easy setup but would have gotten a larger size if i had seen this prior to ordering.

Bought two, one for different family members. The app is able to support both frames. Pretty easy to use both app and frame itself - and so far they are a hit with family.

We got this for my parents and they love it. Makes it nice so we can all send photos and they get current photos of all the grand kids and dogs.

Gave as an Xmas gift - completely stopped working by April. Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play? It appears Aluratek put as little effort into the app and this frame as they could possibly get away with. The app is clunky and not intuitive. It was a guess how to use it each time. Like, oh, yeah, you press this to do that...I remember now. Come on now, it's 2022! The frame itself felt cheeeeeeep. Could never get the stand properly on, but then again, maybe it wasn't designed to fit well, given the other details of this thing not paid attention to. They didn't point out that if you don't put it on auto-sleep, the screen will burn out. Why they didn't build that in so the screen doesn't burn out?? Seems logical. But yes, the only logical thing about the Aluratek company is to make a product that works just enough to sell. Come to think of it, I'd give this a "no star" if I could!

Good cost value. Basic us. Was a gift for someone who has minimum level of technology knowledge.

Great gift for my mother who has children and grandchildren spread across the country. I shared the app link with family members and they are able to send her pictures. She loves seeing new pictures pop up that she hadn't seen before. She says it's better than television!

Bought this for my aging mother. This is a small display and needs to be close to the viewer. Also the display is not very bright. Unit can only be setup with wifi. Once set up, you can insert an SD card that you loaded from your PC. If unplugged, it displays thumbnails for every picture that you have to tap on and start play so the user has to initiate the displays when unplugger or a power outage.

Excellent purchase. Great for displaying high school graduation open house photos!

Got this from my mother-in-law for Christmas and she loves it. 16 gig capacity which is not a lot but decent for just jpeg images or pictures. Must be connected to Wi-Fi to work but I believe it’s standard normal with all devices similar to this. Not bad for the price. No complaints
