Low Beeping alarm sound

The time screen went blank after some time. You can only set 1 alarm. The beeping alarm sound is extremely low. And slow charging. The blue blinking light is a distraction, I want to see the time during the night, set multiple alarms and a louder alarm. Would recommend if traveling or something simple. I’m returning the alarm clock.
