It only works for a couple of months and then the charger stops working.

Only somehow able to run on a military clock, not as pictured 12PM

The clock is a nice size and very modern looking. It charges SUPER slow.

Horrible, does charge like it says. Alarms very difficult.

This is garbage, it rarely charges my iPhone X and takes forever to do it! iPhone 6s will not charge at all on it. My android phones will not charge at all on it neither. It's basically just a clock! And the quality is thin and cheap!

Doesn’t always seem to connect for charging my cell wirelessly

I really wanted to like this product but it had one defect that made it unusable. As others have mentioned, it has three dimming levels including turning the lcd off, but no matter what level you put it on it turns back to the brightest level after a few hours. Nothing like being woken up in the middle of the night with a flashlight shining in your face. I might have tried replacing but others have stated that their replacement did the same thing so why would I waste my time. Returning it to store and getting something better.

Simple to use but not loud enough to get my teenager out of bed.

Bought this in January this year and the wireless charger stopped working two days ago. Clock still works but kind of a waste of money just to have an awkward shaped clock.... won’t buy this brand again.

The usb does not acknowledge your usb wired device

Never worked out of box, kinda light and cheap feeling, had to return.

bought this last year November 2019 and it literally just stopped charging wirelessly ! now on any other day I would say this is wear and tear but two things!! 1, its only been a year and 2 , we have two in the same room one on my side of the bed and one on my wife's side of the bed and they both stopped working exactly at the same time! that is not a coincidence !!! now I have to decide if they go in the garbage or to the Salvation Army !!! awful product indeed!!!

Had to return because the dimmer for the clock would randomly return to bright after I set it to dim. Otherwise would have kept for an inexpensive charger/ clock.

Several returns to the store and each unit lost parts of the digits display. (Nice looking, but poor quality) It’s not Best Buy’s fault as they didn’t manufacture the item so I called Aluratek the manufacturer whose customer service rep had a very condescending attitude who said I’d have to pay for shipping to return defective item to their factory AND have to pay shipping for the replacement. I gave this 1 star because I was unable to give 0.

Does not pair with my android phone so I can’t use the charging feature. It’s an expensive clock.

Has some issues with wireless charging. Its very fragile and charges very slow . Meh

the setup for this device requires a wireless-charger-receiver.... to be connected to the actual phone usb.. the receiver is not sold with the wireless charger unit... and the charger unit does not work with the phone and app alone.... it requires the receiver to work... and this is not electronically efficient or economically optional... I will return this product... lights and clock are okay additions... but no substitute for functionality

I love this alarm. I use it all the time it is simple to use once you figure it out. I kept forgetting how to set the alarm and had to look up the directions. All in all totally worth it.
