Poor Sound Quality

After setting it up using the AV cable provided I paired my best set off over ear headphones. Immediately I notice a constant crackling in all audio including voice. This was tested at 5' and 15' from the TV with the same results. I thought that it might be my headphones so I tried another pair with the same result. I know that a lot of people don't like to use bluetooth because of the slightly degraded quality. This device takes it to a whole new level of reduced quality. Overall the product works at transmitting audio to bluetooth but just does it poorly.
