It works...... well sort of

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After months of using this adapter to connect Bluetooth headphones to our car rear entertainment system, I found it connects just fine and the battery life is decent as well. The biggest problem with this is that when you charge the device and connect audio at the same time, the headphones will make a terrible dial-up type of sound in the background. When the adapter is not plugged in and charging, it works fine. I wish this was fixed and it would be a great device. We did try other headphones and we had the same problem. Skip this and buy something else if you need a Bluetooth adapter.

It needs to be off when not in use otherwise the light which has the power of the sun lights up a room strobe style. Just make sure you visit settings in your TV and redirect audio out from TV speaker to external speaker. Sound quality signal needs improvement. When watching a movie during a quiet scene, Bluetooth device sends a slight static tone to your wireless headphones. Meaning, your quality headphones will try to pull high quality sound that this adapter won't be able to accommodate.

Worked Great

It plugged right into the screen in the back of the seat and allowed the use of noise cancelling headphones. Had no issues with battery life for the whole trip.
