An Inexpensive Way to Update Older Audio Devices

The Aluratek Bluetooth Audio Transmitter is easy to install and program and now allows me to use my Bluetooth wireless headphones on both my stereo system and CD player. It's an inexpensive way to effectively update your older audio devices.

Works as Intended, wished the range was longer

I can sit on my couch ~12-15 feet away and not really have connection issues with the transmitter inside of the cabinet the gear is stored in.

For my Dad

We purchased a Bluetooth head set and didn't realize that the TV wasn't Bluetooth enabled. Installed this unit on the back of the TV and everyone was very happy. He has been using it for a few months and it works great.

Poor range. Difficult to set up

However, it does have a few annoyances. Sometimes it fails to connect, and sometimes it loses its connection after it already has it. Installation is easy, but the instructions could be clearer and its buttons could be more clearly labeled. The first one we purchased did not work at all, and we had to send it back to the company to get a new one. In all, it’s a good product for the price, though it could be a little better manufactured.
