Might have been an operator problem but I could not get my airpods to sync to the device when it was plugged into my tv. Worked reasonably well when I connected it to my computer but not the TV. So I had to take it back

I connected this to my TV and I am ok with the sound, even though its got some noise. The connection gets lost so you have to connect again, which is annoying. I hope they improve on this.

Whatever you are transmitting to must be within about 25 feet of teansmitter with nothing in between. If you want to be able to pick up further, say into another room, you will need something stronger.

Easy and affordable way to bring Bluetooth capabilities to a device that doesn’t already have it. Bought it to connect Bluetooth headphones to a Smart TV that didn’t have Bluetooth built- in. Only complaint is that there are no directions to explain how to get the transmitter into pairing mode. Waisted a lot of time trying to figure out how to pair the Bluetooth headphones with the transmitter.

Got this to solve our problem with the audio of our TV, wanted to hook up a speaker next to the viewing chair, this fixed our problem

Okay, I got this because my other half watches tv LOUD when I am in the bedroom trying to sleep. He is in the other room watching but I can still hear it. I bought this and a TV with an audio out female. You HAVE TO HAVE AUDIO OUT in order for this to work. It is tricky and touchy to get it to connect to headphones but once it does.... Zxzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz I can sleep with out the noise! AMEN!!!

Item poorly packed, damaged, Best Buy was of zero help. Empty promises of a resolution. Managers of no help either. Customer service like it used to be non existent. Customer is not valued.

worked great with my indoor bike trainer just having a problem with my sound bar picking it up

Works as advertised. Simple set up and inexpensive. Just plug into TV, Sound system or whatever you want to listen to, follow instructions to like to you headphones. I will use it when traveling instead of taking my bulky headphones. You do need Bluetooth headphones.

Does not connect to your phone. I bought it to connect my phone to speakers but it can't connect at all to any ios.
