This Aluratek Converter and Recorder turned my t.v. into a true entertainment center with new channels and advanced controls and really impressive visuals. I am very, very pleased with it. Great for outdoor projector to hook up antenna

You were required to get into the TV set to make some sort of adjustment and it would not turn on thr TV at all. I just returned it to the store as it wasnt working.

But the Aluratek converter box performs the PVR Recording feature flawlessly and holds the CC while fast forwarding or rewinding. Plus the remote control supplied with the Aluratek controls the device at longer distances.
