It is okay, but you can only record and watch a channels that are a sub-number of that channel. But I have 2 TVs!

My Geek Squad agents tried and stated that I did not need this product. They returned it for me at Best Buys and I received the return payment on my credit card. I am so thankful that they were HONEST!!!!!

Purchased to replace the same model. Works great!!

It was easy to setup. Has worked perfectly since day one, but I haven't tried the record feature yet.

Does what it is supposed to do still available after all the years

It worked fine for 6mos then died. It was working fine the night before. Turned the TV on the next day and the box would not power up. Hopefully I can return/exchange since it's within the 1 yr warranty period.

This product performs as advertised. We use it in our Class A motor home

I'm sure the product was great but wasn` t what I needed. I ended up buying the Amazon Fire stick.

This is a quality product with many great features.

This is a great digital converter. Admittedly you have to get the controller just right in the zone for the signal to be received but I can't give this 4.5 stars so I rounded up.

It’s ok you need a good hd antenna to pull in channels

This thing sucks. Its hard to get channels for this thing.

Would not work with 125 gig hard drive. Manufacturer said 32 gig max. Also lasted only 8 months. Now won’t turn on. No reply from manufacturer.

For the price I didn't expect too much. It stopped working after about 12 months. My father has an older tv that does not show the description of what is on in the title so he liked to use this. I just gave up the ghost and there are not much options out there for this. I'll probably need to get him another tv.

Had issues getting larger files on a dvd. Put on a flash drive and played perfectly

This was a case where you get what you pay for. It looked good on paper, as I wanted a simple DVR with an HDMI out. I fought with it for a couple of weeks, and then finally splurged for an amazon Recast as a DVR and stuck a firestick in the TV. Everything works much better now.

My wife got this for my birthday so I could record OTA TV, She asked a Best Buy associate about the DVR's ability to record and was told it would record. I opened it up, set it up and found it needed an external storage device. I tried a 64g flash drive and that didn't work. I boxed it up with the intent to return it but got busy until after the 30 day return window. Now I have DVR that doesn't record and can't do anything with.

I never had a digital converter box like this one I think it’s going to be better than the one i have now can’t wait to have it hooked up this is my first purchase with Best Buy and will not be my last

Requires flash drive to record. Have yet to record anything, but it did help antenna reception..

There was a bit of a learning curve but it definitely does what I wanted it to do. I have not used the record features though.
