I have had four of them fail... one was bad out of the box. When they work they are fine, but they don't last. I'm moving on...

I did not do what the salesman said it would. It will be returned to the store this week for a credit.

So far I haven’t been able to record over one hour. I know it’s capable of more, but I can’t figure out how to do it. I don’t want to pay the price that cable companies charge for a Recorder, but I missing a lot of opportunities to record and this whole item has been a big disappointment

This piece of crap just simply quit working a few weeks back and I had only used it a couple times. Another BIG issue with the Auratek unit is it does not play well with my Roku tv remote signal or the TCL tv I had it connected to when it died. If you are looking for a cheap DVR, don't pick this one.

Stopped working on 8/10 - no lights, no signal, no nothing. Tested in multiple outlets in different rooms. Brought it to the store on 8/13 and it's "too late" to return it. Yet the box says "1 year warranty". VERY disappointed in both the product and the store response.
