Horrible experience with this box. It died two different times and the store messed up the return so they refused a refund.

It does what it's supposed to l get about 37 channels I haven't bought a USB stick so I haven't been able to use recorder yet. It works for me.

Nice small unit that provides good performance for over the air tv with record and play back. Remote provides easy control.

We have an older tv and had a guest who wanted to watch Main tv stations. This was a great solution.

The main issue is that out of the box the remote does not work. Yes. The remote is defect.

Difficult to program and set up. User guide is not clear on how-to set up to record programs and watch a different program at the same time.

Awesome digital converter. It's all that it's amped up to be. It does what i purchased it for and more.

I wouldn’t get it. It’s junk and it doesn’t record anything on the air. You can miss your shows easily with this DVR. Better to get it from a cable company.

Now able to watch many stations that we used to have to pay for from or local cable company.

This box makes it possible to get all the channels you want for no monthly payment. Skip cable & have more TV than you have time to watch.

Don't think of this product as something you own. Think of it as something you rent for $7 per month. The Best Buy service desk will take it back as electronic waste when it ceases to even turn on. But you'll still be out the $7 per month while it worked.

Very surprised because its very good. Had another brand more expensive and this one did a lot better! Would recommend

Recording option is not dependable. Sound and picture don’t correlate. Since I stopped using it, I’ll probably return it.

Works well my my TV and I am pleased. Would definitely purchase again if need be.

This unit worked as advertised but response when pushing buttons was extremely slow to complete an action i.e. change channels.

Bought as a gift for my daughter who does not have cable. She is excited to set up and use it.
