    The USB port wouldn't recognize any of my devices. Also after I saved all of the channels I turned off the box and unplugged it simply to move it to another location and none of my data was saved. I took it back and got the Mediasonic HOMEWORX device that was $10 cheaper and it worked perfectly. The Hagerstown, MD BestBuy staff were amazing as usual and the exchange process was very simple.
