USB port did not work nor did it save my changes.

Also after I saved all of the channels I turned off the box and unplugged it simply to move it to another location and none of my data was saved. I took it back and got the Mediasonic HOMEWORX device that was $10 cheaper and it worked perfectly. The Hagerstown, MD BestBuy staff were amazing as usual and the exchange process was very simple.

Doesn't get the channels I wanted

I had to order one online that was the same brand as the one ai previously had, to be able to get the channels that I usually watch.

Not a good product.

Device would only record one program and after that it wouldn't record anything without rebooting. The only good thing about the DVR is the remote (I didn't have to point it so close to the DVR).
