unit runs about 19 hours a day. I have seen the audio and video lose sync after a bunch of hours. Powering the unit off and then back on re-establishes synch. There is also an issue of aspect varying. The same TV and powered antenna used on a previous convertor box experienced no aspect issues. The aspect issue does not happen randomly but when I shift stations sometimes. For the price and the hours it runs I am not unhappy.

The digital TV converter I purchased works but only after I also had to purchase, separately, and have installed an outdoor antennae. It did not work with my indoor antennae.

Newer vizio TVs do not have a TV tuner built in like older versions had. This helped us bypass this problem so we could continue using antenna television. Has ability to be used with HDMI, composite, or cable! Also offers a guide for antenna tv.

Easy to set up but the the box makes the tv shows seem dark. I thought it was the TV at first but when I used a different box on the same TV, the pictures were brighter.

Since this DVR seemed to work every once in a while, I foolishly did not return it when I could still get a refund. It does not work most of the time. No matter how many times I re-insert a flash drive, I get the message "USB device has been removed." Even when I'm told it's connected it later says it has been removed. This is one of the worst products I have purchased in over 50 years. Other problems with this are too numerous to mention. I've already wasted hour after hour trying to make it work. No one should be allowed to sell anything this bad, even for $1. Don't consider buying this or any product from this manufacturer.

Works great bought this for a gift for an older tv

This unit lost power as with other different brands that I have had in less than a year's time of using this/them was returned out of warranty for recycling I took a similar brand to a service technician who could not service it suggesting moisture or overheating

The converter works well. The mute button on the remote quit working already. This is the second converter box and remote I have purchased and the mute button on the remote on the 1st package quit working also. The 1st converter box worked for about 5 years.

Works OK. Quirky. Using the Recent Channel function does take you back to the last viewed channel, but... silent. You can set some favorite channels but for some reason channel 7 disappears each time. I bought because my TCL/Roku set-up isn't giving me Recent Channels functionality and as a way to quickly select the channel I want this is pretty good. But I'm glad I got it cheap.

Excellent Digital TV Converter Box. With this one you can watch one channel while you record another. Only downfall for me is that the time is formatted on 24 hours and I haven't found a way to change it to 12 hours. Worth the money.

We returned this item because we have streaming services to watch network programs. So far have been able to find classic movies (1960 and before) either on streaming or YouTube. With that being said, it would be worth using with tv antenna.

So far so good. Seems to working just fine, for what I need it for.

After installation And setup I started receiving 15 more stations than my last device, Very happy with it.

product met all my expectations. looking to remove cable and go to streaming and this products allows the newer televisions which only have HDMI and this converts coax cable to HDMI. Both video and audio,

This is an okay box for analog to digital tv reception but doesn’t respond as well as my last box and recording to a flash drive is more difficult. Overall not a bad box for the money and it was accessible when I needed a new box on short notice.

This works extremely well while paired with my projector. It gives many more channels than with just a built in tuner for a television. Worth very much more than the price point posted! Excellent addition to a cable cutter ideaology!

This works great! Saved a large old style TV mounted on the wall. Use it while I am exercising on the tread mill so the miles go by more quickly.
