New is not always better

You see the pink start up screen more than anything. I was think the technology would have improved so I decided to upgrade to this from old RCA needless to say I hooked back up my old RCA.

My Kitchen appliances were below everyone else, delivery was on time and installation professional as it gets. Customer Service is second to none. Thanks to all!

Good device if you watch local antenna tv

It has a channel guide and I get Digital Dolby sound. Also makes it easier to switch from local TV to other sources.

DVR CHALLENGES

It could definitely be more user friendly. I have had to unplug and reset a few times because it locks/freezes up for some reason. I will look for another option next time if they haven't made some improvements with a new model.

Fair product

Seems to work great until it is something we really wanted to watch. Then playback is a little unpredictable. Watching playback of a football game was not smooth and it would crash if we tried to fast forward more than 2x thru commercials. The instruction manual is worthless.

Nice converter box

Very clumsy & clunky interface

The fast forward function didn't really work at all. I had to return it to the store.
