It is an inexpensive model, "Aluratek", but I trust that whatever I buy at Best Buy will be backed up & any problem will be taken care of.

Ok overall but can be a pain

You keep hitting the channel up or down button and nothing happens for like 10 to 15 seconds then it catches up but by that time you have hit it so many times it finally stops on a channel you didn't want and you start all over again. If you have patience its ok you will get there.

Poor user menus, unreliable for recording.
