Great technician , very confusing product

He was very efficient and explained the functions clearly. My only issue is that I cannot access closed captioning on this Aluratek, I know it is not the Tv. And likely has something to do with the new connecting jacks and the inability to use HDM1 Thank you

ok for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i'm trying to cut the spectrum cord and i use dvr alot. got this for that purpose, it works but the guide just lists the stations, not what is on. have to check on web for listings. also i can't dvr two shows at the same time. i can't dvr a show and watch something else, if so i haven't figured it out yet. can record shows once, daily or weekly so that's nice.
