A great Digital to Analog Converter Box

It has to many things that it does for me to use them all. It will record shows and movies and it can back track as it is recording with out loosing its spot. But I like the info that it gives about the shows and the signal strength of the show that you have just tuned into. It is a really great box, cost a little more then a lot of simpler boxes, but for what it is capable of doing it is well worth the money.
I would recommend this to a friend Big-time disappointment.

So far I haven’t been able to record over one hour. I know it’s capable of more, but I can’t figure out how to do it. I don’t want to pay the price that cable companies charge for a Recorder, but I missing a lot of opportunities to record and this whole item has been a big disappointment

I have had four of them fail... one was bad out of the box. When they work they are fine, but they don't last. I'm moving on...

I did not do what the salesman said it would. It will be returned to the store this week for a credit.

This piece of crap just simply quit working a few weeks back and I had only used it a couple times. Another BIG issue with the Auratek unit is it does not play well with my Roku tv remote signal or the TCL tv I had it connected to when it died. If you are looking for a cheap DVR, don't pick this one.
