Great dvr

Very hard to program

Great addition for cord cutters

If anything it operated more as a block on the system.

Bought in September and dead junk by April.

Think of it as something you rent for $7 per month. The Best Buy service desk will take it back as electronic waste when it ceases to even turn on. But you'll still be out the $7 per month while it worked.
