Bought in September and dead junk by April.

Think of it as something you rent for $7 per month. The Best Buy service desk will take it back as electronic waste when it ceases to even turn on. But you'll still be out the $7 per month while it worked.

Defective Guide

I’m not sure if it was defective or what but for the price I decided to return it. There are other similar products on the market with a proper guide for much less.
