limited dvr dual access

One of the reasons I purchased it was because it said dual channels. I took this to mean can record one station while watching another. my main combination is 13 and 3 locally. That is not dual stations on this unit. The 2 stations MUST be in the same series such as 13.1 and 13.2 not 3 and 13, therefore I returned it. Even 1 star is too much. I give it a zero because of that deceiving information.

This is my second one purchased and it has just died and refuses to turn on suddenly. It does not seem to recognize the power source anymore. We have tried troubleshooting to no avail.
