Waste O’time and money

Tried 2 new usb flash drives. Customer support said it sounded like a faulty USB port and return the device. Which i did. Why no one makes a OTA DVR with built in memory is beyond me. How much more would it cost? An extra $10? With all the cord cutters it only makes sense
