Tuner is so much better than built-in tv tuner

Destroyed my USB memory sticks

I cannot use it any longer for fear of destroying more USB memory. Am in the process of working with Aluratek customer service to replace the device (refund not available under warranty). IF they replace it I will likely never use it as USB memory adds up to more than this product is worth.
