Aluratek Not Very Alluring Tech

If you have any difficulty understanding and using today's technology, I do not recommend this product. Its ponderous response to the remote control will overwhelm users who can't deal with its unpredictable performance.

USB port did not work nor did it save my changes.

Also after I saved all of the channels I turned off the box and unplugged it simply to move it to another location and none of my data was saved. I took it back and got the Mediasonic HOMEWORX device that was $10 cheaper and it worked perfectly. The Hagerstown, MD BestBuy staff were amazing as usual and the exchange process was very simple.
