DO NOT BUY. This headset is garbage. You can’t tell when it’s muted and the microphone doesn’t work. The blue lights are annoying. Waste of money.

Terrible headphones only used two times and it stopped working . And I dont have the box it came in. But I have the receipt but can't return. Im very disappointed

I needed a new headset for MS team meetings at work. The meetings usually last a half hour to an hour. These were on sale for a great price so I figured why not. They’re made pretty well and the sound is decent. As others have stated the symbols on the switch are too dark, and the fancy lights are really not needed. I found that these hurt my ears after awhile, and made my ears hot. The padding isn’t soft enough, and the cups could be slightly larger. I wouldn’t want to wear these all day. I figure for under ten bucks it’s a decent headset, even with the flaws.

Con 1.) There's a warning tag on the USB end that tells you to turn your PCs volume down. THEY MEAN IT. I had to use an equalizer app to adjust the computers amplifier down to a comfortable level. Ought to have a volume wheel on the remote. Speaking of which... Con 2.) The remote is pretty massive, has weird angles that like to catch my desk, and its obnoxiously bright blue LEDs put out a disturbing amount of heat. Also would have liked to have a play/pause button in addition to the volume controls. Con 3.) The microphone level is on the low side, though its quality seems good. Also the mic mute button illuminates a red LED which is located BEHIND the aforementioned blue LEDs... and not even the one next to that button. Con 4.) The ear cushion material is a little on the stiff side for my weirdly shaped ears. Further because there's no proper labeling on the box art I genuinely thought these were over-ear headphones, but no... they're on-ear. Pro 1.) While the ear cup material is a bit stiff for me, the headband is very lightly sprung so they weren't overly uncomfortable. Pro 2.) The audio quality is very good. The vocal range is expectably excellent, but the bass dropoff is barely noticeable. They may not rock the house so to speak, but they're enjoyable.

Earpads are a good size and feel comfortable, good mic on it. The cord has a volume control that's entirely too large and heavy for something that will hang from one of your ears, and the light on the control can't be turned off.

The sound quality is excellent and the microphone works perfectly. The setup was automatic when the headphones were plugged in, which made things super easy. I especially like to use these for virtual meetings.

Not so comfortable, feels bulky. The blue lights are not useful and a huge distraction in my opinion. The sound is good, however when switching between programs/apps the volume changes drastically from barely being able to hear to blasting my eardrums. Wish i had saved the receipt & packaging, would definitely exchange for a different brand.

Great product for the price. Purchased on sale for less than $10. It’s nice to have a wired headset as a backup if my AirPods aren’t charged. No problems so far after a month!

I think this headset works just fine for what they cost. I did not want a large set like the gamers use. :-)

It works great! I can hear clearly and call conversations are delivered without any static or background noise.
