For the price paid, the headset exceeds my expectation. The build quality is optimal yet the sound output and mic quality is better than my name brand headset.

Just started an at home job and it works flawlessly.

Great for the price. The sound is louder than expected great for voice or conference calls . Not suited for long use due to uncomfortable feel after first few hours

These do well for work. The audio is clear. and okay for watching videos from time to time. I wouldn't have purchased though if they were not on sale though.

Excellent headset for the price. Wish the buttons were a little smaller. Good hearing and listening quality. Work from home and they have worked well to reduce background noise.

I bought these headsets at BestBuy for my wife to use on Zoom-because she does not like to use earbuds and at this price I really did not expect much so I was really surprised when she liked them, she said the audio was clear and crisp the fit was great and the controls with the leds worked great for her

Comfortable headphones & easy to position microphone. Has controls on wire between headphones & usb connection. Only issue I have is volume is too loud-instructions said to lower to 5…. There was no 5 but I got it down to 2 & still too loud for music but ok for zoom meeting.

This was a phenomenal purchase, I actually bought two different headphones, but I absolutely love these. I can hear clearly and be heard at all times!!

Bought this one for my kids, as the school recommends USB headset and there aren't many USB headsets on the market. So far it works as expected.

Got a great deal during Black Friday. Sound quality is great. It is wired so can only be used near the connected device or Computer/Laptop.

The purchase was for Zoom and Teams calls. The headset makes it much easier to hear the details and I can pay attention and gather more from the calls.

Was decent to use while working from home, although i feel it could of been better with noise cancellation.

Decent pair of headset, i bought them as back up for my bluetooth pair, i use them on teams calls and video calls, the soumd range is decent, i listened to music on them and at medium volume range they sound good, higher volume ranges gets a little distortion.

Overall did what I want and sounds great. My head is round so they a little weird. Sound is great and microphone works well. I run a online class with these.

If you're looking for a high-end headset, this isn't it. But for the price (I got mine on sale for $9.99) it's a good inexpensive headset.

Picked up this headset for less than $10. Works as expected. However sound quality is not as good a Plantronics USB headset. Given they cost 10x more I can't complain. The blue volume switch in the cable is a little cheesy though.

Excellent product. I already bought one which came for close to 8 months after which mic stopped working. The reason I gave 5 stars still is due to its comfort and build quality and the price. With Best Buy extended warranty can’t beat the value…

Pros: Works perfectly when using Zoom. Headset is comfortable and didn't cause pressure spots on my ears. Convenient button located on the small box on the wire allows one to close the connection. Cons: There was no instructions or paperwork of any kind in the sealed box.

These headphones were a delightful surprise. The sound is clear and crisp-I plugged them into my computer and only had to have my volume on the lowest setting. They are great quality at a great price.
