Good for those working from home

I’m sometimes forgetful so wireless headphones are not for me. I like the fact that the plug into computer. The volume is great and they are very comfortable

Loud mic which is great I have a soft voice so it’s hard to hear me and i dislike having to raise my voice like i did with 3-4 other well known brand name headsets

People tell me my sound is good with the attached microphone. Its so handy and easy to use. Glad I bought two of these. For the price I paid, quite a bargain.

The only issue is that the mute button is easy the press on accident. I used it for thousands of calls and accidentally muted myself for a handful.

Less Expensive With Trade-offs on Comfort

The mic works well however the ear pieces hurt after one hour of wear. Better ear cushioning and more adjustable pressure points on the band would have been very helpful. Probably will spend more for better comfort!
