    This device came without any instructions whatsoever. I could not find any instructions online either. I need a device that allows 2-way sound. With the aid of a Geek Squad specialist, I was able to adjust the settings to obtain a satisfactory level of sound playback. However, on my second attempt to use this headset, I could not remember how to properly reset the sound. I really missed the instructions. I returned the device for a refund.
