Huge volume control buttons did not work properly when they worked at all. Bought two. Tried one. It was so bad I didn’t bother trying the second one. Got a refund on both.

Open item with New title

The bottom was carefully opened but didn't close the box fully and the wire wasn't tightened like new. can't believe I got the open box for purchasing new. Plastic looks cheap and the on-ear cushions are also bad. since It's an open box item. I don't want to try. straight to return
