I love these headsets! They are comfortable and a GREAT value for the price. I work fromhome and they reduce sound well and remain comfortable all day.

Great price. Controls are lighted and easy to see. Good sound quality and mic doesn't pick up ambient noises. Very comfortable fit.

Excellent headset. I've had more comfortable ones, but these do an excellent job for the price. I'm on the phone a lot and need both hands free so these do a wonderful job. If you like to stand up and walk around, you may want to invest in a blue tooth one. These only use USB which plug into a computer. You may be able to get a usb to micro usb or something to use with your phone but I have not needed that or have I looked into it. I love headsets with mouth pieces because I don't have to speak so loudly. I just throw it into my backpack when I'm done at the end of the day and have not had any issues. Plug & Play

The is a super headset. I purchased (6) at a bargain price. The sound volume and quality are excellent, especially for the price (although the original price was $30). This was definitely a hidden jewel. I don't need to have the volume setting above 1 because the sound is just that good. Needless to say, there's a headset for every laptop in the house. I haven't tested the mic yet, but I don't expect a problem.

These head phones have a great sound quality and very comfortable. Wish they were more noise cancelling. But still very good for the money.

This is a great head set,,nice clear sound, and very light to ware for hours,,another good purchase from BestBuy.

I needed an emergency replacement for work (at home). For the price, I was afraid it would sound terrible, echo or be hard for customers to hear me. Well, to my astonishment, it performed better than my expensive wireless set. The sound was clear coming in and going out. The foam hugs my ears gently creating my own little sound world. I could not hear the chaos outside that would normally distract ME. Yes, it’s noise canceling is great, but allowing me to not be distracted and stay focused on the customer is even greater.

The headsets are soft and work great through USB. My only wish is that the volume button was not so bulky on the cord.

Works perfect the sound is great their just a bit little to big but other than that can’t complain works for what I need them for

I purchased this headset for the many Zoom meetings I have. I didn't want to invest a lot of money so was happy to purchase this on the deal of the day. The audio is very good and the controls allow me to adjust the audio volume and mute/unmute the microphone. This works great in meetings where different individuals have differing sound levels from being too close or too far from their microphone. Overall, having used this for a while I would be more than willing to pay full price.
