It works fine when It's actually working, we've had it a little over a year and a half now and the motor has gone out once, the heating element went out, and now the door is coming apart. We use it normally, no excessive use or force. Very poor quality. Thankfully, we bought the extended warranty.

For some reason the connection to make it fit snugly either isn't available or wasn't put on properly.
