First installation visit they install the microwave only to find out it was damaged and not functioning. I had already waited a week for this microwave, and when they did the reschedule to install another microwave they quoted me 13 more days. That’s ridiculous. On contacted corporate and they were no help at all. They offered a gift card for the inconvenience, yet still no sign of that. Horrible company to work with, won’t be shopping there ever again.

Good product sent with fabric defect

Every time I open or close the door there is a sound and some difficulty to open/close because it has fabrication and ensembling defect. This makes it difficult to use and probably long run will be a problem

Waste of Money

It works fine when It's actually working, we've had it a little over a year and a half now and the motor has gone out once, the heating element went out, and now the door is coming apart. We use it normally, no excessive use or force. Very poor quality. Thankfully, we bought the extended warranty.

Door latch issues.
