I thought it will fit the current backplate support and also top cabinet holes. Disappointed to find out, I had to remove the old plate and also drill new holes for bolts and top vent. Why can't you make your product install same.

Trying to find help number is like a scavenger hunt. And you can never get anyone at the store when calling in. Wait time is a joke. Terrible customer support.

It doesnt stick out that far from the wall and doesnt hang down close to the range. There isnt a brand name on the front which is great. Price cant be beat. L8oks fantastic and is a champ
