I bought this to replace an identical unit, where the light had gone out, and couldn't be fixed with a bulb. cheaper to replace than fix.I took the opportunity while I was installing an external vent, and did not want to have to reinstall the brackets and such again. If I wasn't perfectly happy with the unit I could have gotten something else. It works well, is quiet, and matches the black and stainless appliances I have without being flashy.

Delivery and installation company dropped the ball! They’re terrible

Brought during the pandemic, can’t return now even though the store was closed. Bad business

this appliance is trash. made weird noises with a food and stopped function at less than one minute.

Replaced an older Kenmore over the range microwave oven when it stopped working. Purchase and pick-up at my local Best Buy were easy and hassle free. Installed the Amana over the range microwave within a couple of days of picking it up. Installation was straight forward with easy to follow instructions. This microwave does not have all the features of my old Kenmore, but works just fine for me and my family. Microwave looks good and blends well with my other kitchen appliances. So far, it is working beautifully and I am happy with my purchase.

Opened to install and microwave is used, dirty, scratched , plug torn off and hardware missing. very disappointed

So far has worked perfectly for the 2 months I have owned it. Love the fact that it has no labels on it so it matches all my other appliances. Read comments by others that complained it only had a 30 sec button and not a 1 min but I just push the 30 sec twice. Very inexpensive option for over the range

Bought this Amana to replace a Whirlpool and since they own Amana everything matched (holes and back bracket). This might not be the case with all models, but in this case it was a 5 minute install.

This Amana microwave is sleek and looks great, also works just fine. The only issue is installing the back plate and placing the microwave onto it. We could not align, very difficult. The template on the container box didn't help at all.

I bought this for a rental--good price and had all the features I needed. Instructions were standard for this type. Bracket template for wall and upper cabinet floor holes were as expected and were accurate. All in all a good MW.

Contemporary look. I was searching for handle-free model, so here is the one. So far, the only inconvenience I noticed is that if you need 1 minute warming-up, you have to push 1+0+0+ Start. My previous model in the same situation started right after you dial 1.
