    This microwave received a high rating from Best Buy. It looked great and was a good price. However, I do not like it! I did not realize that there is no door handle. I have to punch in the time; there are no automatic times, such as 1 min or 5 min. I have to enter the time manually. Sucks! It looks good but I should have looked into the details/info. My fault.

    We went with this brand because the employee recommended it, but it has been difficult to get accustomed to. It has a push button that we don't like. There's been a few spills from heating up food, which we never experienced before.
